- Refund and Cancellation Policy: Customers may request a refund within 7 days of payment under the following conditions:
+ The device does not meet the requirements, cannot install, and cannot run the program under the following conditions: The activation code has not been activated; All devices fail to meet the technical requirements of the program.
+ Technical errors in the software that cannot be resolved: The error occurs on all listed devices.
Refund method and processing time: LearnEnglish will process the refund via bank transfer after completing the inspection and approval procedure. This process will be completed within 15 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
